the hndschn is an idea i was playing with for a long time, but technology in the commercial sector was not advanced enough to realise it.
in spring 2014 i started designing the hndschn and built a prototype in early 2015.

the Arduino Leonardo is programmed with the code by Frank Baldé and Michel Waisvisz and uses the 32-bit Mac software JunXion to generate MIDI which can be fed to Apple Mainstage or Ableton Live or similar software.

the sensors are:
4 flex resistors in 4 fingers
ADXL-335 accelerometer
4 touch buttons
2 switces
